Through our MyMedi.ca platform, we provide medical cannabis patients across Canada with pharmacist-led support and compassionate, professional service. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Patient Support Representative who brings strong customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping patients. This role is ideal for someone with call centre or high-volume support experience — especially in healthcare or regulated industries.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Respond to inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats from patients and healthcare professionals Assist patients with product questions, registration, and document submissions Troubleshoot account, order, and shipping issues and escalate when needed Communicate with professionalism, empathy, and clarity Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with Health Canada’s medical cannabis regulations Identify and flag process improvements to enhance patient experience Collaborate with pharmacists and internal teams to support patient care QUALIFICATIONS AND

EXPERIENCE:
Must-Have Fluency in both English and French (spoken and written) is required 2–3 years of customer service or call centre experience, ideally in a healthcare, pharmacy, or regulated setting Ability to manage high-volume tasks with accuracy and empathy Comfortable using digital platforms, CRMs, and email systems Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Nice to Have Experience in the medical cannabis, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry Experience working with secure, sensitive, and private information Post-secondary education (healthcare, IT, or customer service) is preferred but not required
