What you'll do
Financial Narrative Development Translate complex financial concepts and logic into clear, user-friendly marketing messaging. Able to explain financial logic to technical teams, technical implementation to compliance teams, and product value propositions to marketing and growth teams. Forward-Looking Trend Insights Leverage experience in traditional finance, equities, and derivatives trading to track global RWA developments and trends in traditional asset management. Provide recommendations on the company’s product evolution roadmap. User Needs Insights Draw on the needs of high-net-worth clients in traditional finance to design a product portfolio for users with different risk appetites, improving user retention and AUM.

What you'll need
Education Master’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, or a related field. CFA and/or FRM certification is preferred. Professional Experience At least 5 years of experience in the traditional financial services industry, with a strong understanding of trading mechanisms, clearing processes, and risk-control frameworks for U.
S. equities, foreign exchange, and commodities markets. Experience in derivatives trading, structured product design, or quantitative strategies at a leading investment bank, hedge fund, or asset management firm is preferred. RWA Expertise and Vision Deep understanding of the RWA sector, with the ability to think beyond existing frameworks, challenge conventional assumptions, and envision trends in the convergence of finance and blockchain over the next 3–5 years. Entrepreneurial Mindset Comfortable operating in Web3’s fast-paced and highly uncertain environment, with strong initiative, ownership, and self-motivation. Why Bitget?
