Every day, more than 80 000 colleagues lead the way to greener and smarter mobility worldwide, connecting cities as we reduce carbon and replace cars.     Key accountabilities: Perform production tasks as planned by the department including the assembly of train components onto the train car body (e.g. sidewall panel fastening and drilling) Installation of internal components (sub-assembled) onto the train car body Complies with EH&S rules and safe working procedure at all times Clean and maintain working areas and production equipment Set up production equipment: workstation, test benches, inspection tools, warehouse equipment Respect task time and quality level assigned by operating instructions, methods process and MRP routing Identify parts as required by the operating instructions prior to installations Monitor the production process and carry out basic testing and quality checks Handle, store goods and raw materials in the factory or the warehouse Alert Team Leadership on process drift or quality problem Complete tally sheet on the MRP tool if requested by the Team leader Pack goods ready for shipment in crates or other containers Respect ESD rules for electronics devices production The above list of duties is not exhaustive and will be adapted / adjusted according to the Regional Center needs   Performance measurements: (OTD, QCD, Sales, PMC, Orders, Gross margin, etc.) Manufacturing efficiency: spent time vs methods time Product quality target Deliver production tasks on time EHS rules respect EXPERIENCE PREREQUISITES & REQUIRED COMPETENCES Educational

Requirements:
Describe the minimum educational requirement/level Mandatory: Experienced operator in Electronics, Electrical or Mechanical setting. Industrial working environment experience  

Experience:
Describe the knowledge and experience required for this role More than 2 years of experience in Industrial or Manufacturing unit, on electronics, electrical or mechanical devices   Competencies & Skills   Manufacturing effectiveness Quality focus – reporting in electronic system for status updates, defects, or scheduling updates Collaboration / Communication with Transparency / Teamwork Spoken and written English communication is required      You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
