• Maternity leave coverage Start Date: November, 2026 Role Type: Maternity Leave Replacement (4 months)   ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY Southwood Dental is seeking an experienced Associate Dentist to cover a maternity leave for an associate. This is an excellent opportunity to step into an established, high‑demand patient base with immediate production potential. The clinic operates in a fast‑paced, emergency‑driven environment with strong patient flow and consistent scheduling. The is an ideal role for a confident clinician seeking strong earning potential. SCHEDULE The clinic operates on a rotational schedule:
* 6‑day / 4‑day rotation
* Clinic hours: 9:00am – 9:00pm
* Split shifts typically:
* 9:00am – 3:00pm
* 3:00pm – 9:00pm
* 1:00pm
- 9:00pm Open to someone looking for a part-time schedule 1-2 days/week + Saturdays, or Saturdays only CLINIC OVERVIEW
* DDS Chairs: Typically 3 allocated TEAM & STRUCTURE
* 3 DDS onsite
* 2 RDHs (lighter hygiene model)
* RDA support always available
