Accompany and guide customers to find inspiring furniture and home décor during their visit to our store. As a Sales Associate, you will represent Urban Barn by offering friendly service and product knowledge to help our customers create a space they love to call home. In collaborating with the store team and managers, you will provide our customers with the best shopping experience possible. * Guide customers in their décor choices, suggesting the best products for their needs
* Provide a warm greeting to every customer
* Establish connections with customers to build customer loyalty
* Carry out transactions (purchases, exchanges, and returns)
* Maintain the visual standards and cleanliness of the store What you Bring:
* At least 2 years of Retail Sales experience
* A passion for interior décor and merchandising
* Ease of using technology such as a Point-of-Sale system and iPad
* Flexible schedule to work a minimum of 3 days (12-20 hours) per week – including at least 1 weekend and 1 weekday daytime shift
