Title: Oracle Tuxedo Architect/Consultant

Location: Canada (Remote)

Introduction

Seeking an experienced Oracle Tuxedo Architect/Consultant to assess, plan, and support the upgrade and modernization of Oracle Tuxedo environments to 22c. The role involves architecture review, compatibility validation, middleware modernization, API and dependency analysis, troubleshooting, technical documentation, and migration strategy development. Candidates must be based in Canada.

Required Skills & Qualifications (Must-have qualifications that candidates must meet to be considered)

• Oracle Tuxedo architecture, administration, and upgrade planning
• Oracle Tuxedo 22c assessment, recompilation, and compatibility validation
• Middleware engineering and platform modernization
• Build reproduction, technical troubleshooting, and dependency analysis
• API scanning, interface analysis, and version/environment compatibility assessment
• Upgrade playbook development, implementation planning, and technical documentation
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry

Preferred Skills & Qualifications (Nice-to-have skills but are not required)

• Advisory support for Oracle Tuxedo migration and remediation strategy
• Banking/Financial Services domain experience
• Strong technical documentation and stakeholder communication skills

• Assess and plan the upgrade of Oracle Tuxedo environments
• Conduct architecture review and compatibility validation
• Perform middleware modernization and API/dependency analysis
• Troubleshoot technical issues and develop migration strategies
• Create and maintain technical documentation
