CA - Junior Property Manager - London

We are looking to hire a Junior Property Manager who will be responsible for overseeing our properties and assisting in showings whenever needed. As a Property Manager, you will be required to take photos and videos of the properties, make property assessments, move-ins, move-out inspections, etc.

To be successful as a Junior Property Manager you should have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. An outstanding candidate will also have a talent for business management and distinguished conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• • Hanging up real estate signs.
    

  • Installing lock boxes.
    

  • Copying Keys.
    

  • Picking up and delivering keys.
    

  • Installing fire extinguishers and Carbon Monoxide Detectors.
    

  • Take Photos and Videos.
    

  • Move-in Assessments.
    

  • Move-out Assessments.
    

  • Backup the leasing agent when needed.
