Supply Chain Analyst
Location - Charlotte, North Carolina
Role:
Supports supply chain planning and operations through data analysis, reporting, and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inventory health, inbound supply, and catalog governance
- Analyze data and generate actionable insights for decision-making
- Develop reports and track performance metrics
- Ensure data accuracy and system integrity (ERP, reporting tools)
- Communicate insights, gaps, and recommendations to stakeholders
- Support cross-functional supply chain teams
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years in supply chain / business analysis
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
- Experience with relational data, reporting, and data storytelling
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
Preferred
- Reporting tools: Tableau, Power BI, MicroStrategy
- Project tools: Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, SAP, Asana
- Experience in automation and reporting enhancement
