Job Overview  The Retail Sales & Delivery Associate plays a dual role in delivering a consistent and elevated guest experience across both the retail floor and scheduled deliveries. This position is responsible for engaging guests with knowledgeable, professional service in-store while also ensuring orders are delivered safely, accurately, and in a timely manner. Acting as a brand ambassador at every touchpoint, this role supports sales growth, product education, and promotional initiatives, while also contributing to overall store operations including merchandising, cleanliness standards, receiving, and inventory support.   What Makes Someone Successful in This Role?  You’re interested in learning and growing within the cannabis retail space You’re adaptable and enjoy a mix of in-store and on-the-road work You show up consistently and take ownership of your responsibilities You care about delivering a great guest experience, wherever that happens  Competencies and Requirements  Valid Driver’s License - Full 'G' (ON) or Class 5 (BC, AB, SK, MB) Clean Driver’s Abstract and Clear Criminal Background Check  Personal insured vehicle with valid insurance coverage permitting delivery (business use). Proof of insurance is required during onboarding.
