Pay Range: C$25
Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Support Executive. This role involves providing day-to-day technical support for technology equipment and systems within a logistics environment, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues to support business operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience providing technical support for IT equipment and systems within logistics environments.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving Level 1 and Level 2 incidents and service requests.
- Ability to support and maintain Windows 10/11 operating systems and Client 365 applications.
- Experience with installation, configuration, and deployment of new technology systems and services.
- Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with network connectivity support, including Wi-Fi and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments.
- Familiarity with data center infrastructure monitoring and maintenance coordination.
- Experience in managing technology asset inventory, including equipment tracking and lifecycle activities.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for Distribution Center (DC) and Fulfillment Center (FC) associates requiring IT assistance.
- Escalate complex issues to global support teams and subject matter experts when required.
- Act as a communication liaison between operations teams and technology support groups to ensure timely issue resolution.
