- Develop and evolve the global brand equity strategy for McCain’s snacking portfolio.
- Lead the development of global master campaigns and creative platforms, including strategy, creative concepts, hero assets, adaptations, social content, and activation-ready toolkits.
- Partner with regional teams to support campaign activation in markets with limited snacking marketing resources through strategy development, creative adaptation, and execution guidance.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with the global creative agency of record and other key marketing partners.
- Develop and enhance digital brand experiences across global online channels and emerging media and technology platforms.
- Design and manage global brand tracking programs, including KPI development, measurement methodologies, and actionable brand health insights.
- Oversee the global brand marketing budget and optimize investment decisions through data-driven analysis and ROI measurement.
- Own and maintain the global brand architecture, including masterbrand, sub-brand, portfolio hierarchy, positioning, value propositions, and audience strategies.
- Define and steward the global visual identity system, including brand guidelines, packaging principles, design systems, photography standards, and tone of voice.
- Lead marketing governance processes, facilitate global marketing forums, align regional teams, and ensure brand consistency across markets.
- Serve as the global brand steward, providing guidance on content localization, asset adaptation, and adherence to global brand standards.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team while fostering a culture of learning, engagement, and collaboration.
- Partner with Corporate Communications and regional teams to support crisis and reputation management efforts and uphold brand integrity globally.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 7+ years of progressive brand management or marketing experience, preferably within the consumer packaged goods (CPG), food, or related industries.
- Experience developing and implementing brand strategies and brand architecture within a global or multi-market environment.
- Demonstrated success managing creative, media, and external agency partners to deliver business results.
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics, measurement frameworks, brand tracking, and ROI assessment.
- Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and optimizing marketing investments.
- Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools, digital technologies, and marketing technology platforms to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills in a global matrix environment.
- Previous people leadership experience with a track record of developing talent and building high-performing teams.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation Package: $97,500.00 - $130,000.00 . CAD annually + Bonus Eligibility
The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting. Hiring compensation will be determined based on experience, skill set, education and training, and other organizational needs. This posting is for an existing vacancy.
