This is a full-time contract position until end of October. We are looking for 2 motivated individuals to assist with painting and suite preparation. One will work across residential properties in SE Calgary and the other across NW Calgary.
Responsibilities:
Ensure the health, comfort and safety of our Customers Prepare surfaces for painting by mudding, sanding, patching, taping, etc. Painting suites as scheduled Ensure daily communication with all site Associates Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of equipment and painting materials Ensure proper and accurate inventory management Complete all required paperwork for the position Complete other tasks as assigned by the Leader Experience and Educational
Requirements:
Previous painting or maintenance experience is considered an asset Technical
Requirements:
Working knowledge of English language both verbal and written Familiarity with technology is an asset Valid class 5 driver's license and own vehicle is preferred Non-Technical
Requirements:
Ability to spend up to eight hours walking, standing, climbing stairs, lifting Ability to maneuver up to 90kg with the proper equipment Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making capabilities Ability to work independently (self managed) and with other Associates in a team environment Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change and be flexible in nature Displays a high level of initiative and commitment to excellence
