Quality Specialist 1 - Business Process Management_MA10
Roles and Responsibilities: Business Process Management Systems (e.g. Document Management Systems/repositories, Integrated Product Management Systems). Through work activities implement established processes related to information and Document Control, Management, Distribution, & Publishing. Maintain direct communication with colleagues across different facets of the business with respect to published content and needs, providing the coordination and implementation of continual improvement/change management processes across multidisciplinary groups and the information/data sets required. Contribute to the general efforts of the Change Management & Quality team as a team member. Work goals typically range from a few days to complete to efforts spanning several months.
Desired Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Document Management and/or Quality Systems and processes.

- Experience in using information repositories such as SharePoint is a valued asset
