This is a full time position doing residential and business deliveries, below is the job location and description.

Location: 1660 Hymus, Dorval Quebec, H9P 2N6

Reports to: Randy Walter

Pay range: $24 to $25 per hour

Schedule: 4 days a week, 10.5 hours a day (including 30 mins lunch)

1.                  Wednesday to Saturday: 10am to 8:30pm

2.                  Sunday to Wednesday : 10am to 8:30pm 

Benefits: after completion of probationary period (if offered to hourly employees)

Position Summary

Precision Deliveries is seeking reliable, professional, and customer-focused Courier Drivers to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of packages to residential and commercial customers while maintaining a high level of customer service and adherence to company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate a delivery vehicle and follow all traffic laws and company policies.
  • Deliver packages accurately and on time to customers.
  • Load and unload parcels efficiently while ensuring freight is handled with care.
  • Use delivery and scanning technology to update delivery status in real time.
  • Follow assigned routes and maintain delivery schedules.
  • Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams.
  • Provide professional and courteous customer service at all times.
  • Ensure all delivery documentation is completed accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and organized vehicle.

Qualifications

  • Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and driver's abstract review.
  • Previous delivery, courier, or transportation experience is an asset but not required.
  • Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs (23 kg).
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable using smartphones, GPS navigation, and scanning devices.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Requirements

  • Reliable transportation to and from the terminal.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and peak periods when required.
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada.
