Embrace a full-time role as an Early Childhood Educator at Conestoga College in Kitchener. Lead impactful educational programs while nurturing children's growth and development.

As an Early Childhood Educator, you will implement high-quality educational programs under the supervision of the Child Development Centres. This position requires excellent planning, communication, and assessment skills to create engaging, child-centered learning environments. You will work on-site Monday to Friday, between 7:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement high-quality early learning programs
  • Create inclusive learning environments tailored to individual needs
  • Observe and document children's growth using assessment tools
  • Promote a safe and nurturing atmosphere for children
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with families

Requirements:

  • Two-year diploma in Early Childhood Education
  • Membership with the College of Early Childhood Educators
  • Experience in a licensed childcare setting
  • Valid Standard First Aid and CPR certification
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
