Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in interpreting tender documents and scopes of work
- Help prepare accurate project cost estimates
- Organize pricing from suppliers and subcontractors
- Engage in communication for client proposals and meetings
- Support project documentation and administration
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of relevant construction or estimating experience
- Diploma or degree in Construction Management or similar
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Keen attention to detail and willingness to learn
