Position Title: Business Analyst – SAP PayrollContract Term: 12 monthsWork ModelHybrid – 44 King Street W (18th Floor)Expected 2 days onsite per week initially, with flexibility to increase to full-time onsite in the future based on business requirements.Role OverviewThis position supports the bank's transition from the current SAP ECC On-Premise Payroll system to SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP). The selected contractor will provide functional payroll technology expertise through both production support and project delivery activities.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide end-to-end SAP Payroll production support, including troubleshooting and root-cause analysisTranslate business requirements into technical designs, workflows, and functional specificationsLead or support workstreams for payroll projects and enhancementsParticipate in implementation activities such as data conversion, testing, cutover planning, and post-go-live supportCollaborate with HR, Finance, QA, and external vendors to ensure alignment across stakeholdersProvide clear documentation and timely status updates to leadershipRequired Qualifications10+ years SAP Payroll experience (ECC On-Premise and/or ECP)10+ years in a BA and/or project delivery capacityExperience with SAP Support Pack testing and year-end payroll cyclesHands-on troubleshooting of payroll calculations, integrations, and banking/DME filesSolid understanding of Canadian payroll tax and CRA complianceStrong MS Excel skillsExperience with Employee Central → SAP Payroll replicationNice to HaveSAP HCM or ECP certificationExperience with HRIS systems and payroll-Finance processesStrong financial acumen
