In this capacity, you will conduct onboarding and guide a Level 3 support team specializing in storage and backup system enhancements. Your responsibility includes ensuring high availability and security within a large-scale, 24/7 operation while implementing automation initiatives. Collaborating with IT departments, you'll design tailored solutions to meet varied business needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of engineers in Level 3 support functions
- Design and continuously improve backup and storage systems
- Monitor compliance with security standards and procedures
- Engage in diagnostics and troubleshooting for complex systems
- Participate actively in knowledge-sharing sessions
Requirements:
- Proficiency in block storage and backup technologies
- In-depth knowledge of Linux and Windows systems
- Familiarity with DevOps tools like Git and Ansible
- Experience with disaster recovery and high-availability environments
- Strong communication skills with a focus on client service
