Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. Monitoring and Reporting: Establish comprehensive monitoring systems to ensure infrastructure performance and reliability. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on progress, challenges, and opportunities. Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Planning: Develop strategies to address the lack of a disaster recovery region in AWS Canada, ensuring robust business continuity plans. Impact: The Infrastructure Transformation Lead will be instrumental in positioning the company as a leader in innovative and secure IT solutions, driving growth and enhancing customer experiences across Canada. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the infrastructure transformation not only meets current needs but also anticipates future challenges and opportunities within the Canadian IT landscape.
