Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning and Execution: Lead the strategic planning for further migration phases, ensuring alignment with global objectives and local business needs. Drive the integration of scalable cloud solutions, focusing on automated provisioning to enhance service delivery. Compliance and Security Management: Ensure all infrastructure complies with data privacy regulations, maintaining workloads and data within the country. Implement robust security frameworks to protect sensitive data and support business continuity. Optimization and Innovation: Optimize cloud resources for cost efficiency and performance, leveraging the SCC Secondary Architecture. Explore and integrate new technologies to support evolving business requirements and enhance operational efficiency. Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including the CIAM Tribe, to ensure seamless integration of identity and access management solutions. Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. Monitoring and Reporting: Establish comprehensive monitoring systems to ensure infrastructure performance and reliability. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on progress, challenges, and opportunities. Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Planning: Develop strategies to address the lack of a disaster recovery region in AWS Canada, ensuring robust business continuity plans. Impact: The Infrastructure Transformation Lead will be instrumental in positioning the company as a leader in innovative and secure IT solutions, driving growth and enhancing customer experiences across Canada. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the infrastructure transformation not only meets current needs but also anticipates future challenges and opportunities within the Canadian IT landscape.
