Restore homes and businesses as a Carpenter Restoration Technician, using water extraction, demolition, and specialty equipment during emergency response.
This SERVPRO franchise role supports property restoration after water and fire damage. You will perform cleanup, drying, equipment setup, and demolition while communicating findings, hazards, and process details. Previous construction, handyman, or restoration experience is preferred, and IICRC certification is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to water and fire damage emergencies
- Evaluate and perform water extraction and fire restoration
- Set up specialty equipment and complete demolition
- Load, inventory, and maintain vehicles, tools, and supplies
- Explain restoration processes and address client concerns
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license
- Previous restoration, construction, or related experience preferred
- Willingness to work occasional on-call shifts
- IICRC certification is a plus
- Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
