Lead branch operations at ARS Responds Canada using restoration expertise, project management, and team leadership to serve policyholders and insurers.
As Branch Manager, you will oversee claim intake, emergency services, project management, scheduling, and customer satisfaction. Your experience with evaluating claims, scoping, estimate writing, and restoration processes will support team development. You will manage performance, communications, documentation, vendors, and service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee claim intake, emergency services, projects, scheduling, and satisfaction
- Monitor communications, authorizations, documentation, and digital filing
- Lead project managers, coordinators, technicians, and administrative staff
- Manage vendors, safety, quality, timelines, warranties, and payables
- Prepare performance reports and action plans for Senior Management
Requirements:
- Seven-plus years in water and fire restoration
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of restoration processes, techniques, and equipment
- Financial management and budgeting experience
- IICRC WRT, FSRT, and MRS certifications
