This position requires at least four years of post-call experience, emphasizing commercial contracts, risk mitigation, and compliance issues in fast-paced environments. Your contributions will help shape practices around AI tools and data management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise on procurement and digital service delivery agreements
  • Draft and negotiate various commercial contracts
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards
  • Research emerging technology risks and regulations
  • Collaborate with a network of stakeholders and legal teams

Requirements:

  • Four or more years of post-call legal experience
  • Licensing by Law Society in working jurisdiction
  • Experience in negotiation and contract management
  • Knowledge of data privacy, intellectual property, and AI
  • Strong business acumen for risk assessment
