Candidates can be located in Calgary or Edmonton. Hybrid work model of In-office and WFH

Must Haves

8+ years of experience as a Business Analysis supporting SDLC delivery projects across enterprise environments and concurrent projects

Hands-on delivery of a Vendor Management System implementation project.

Proficiency with Jira , Azure DevOps , Confluence, ServiceNow, Visio, and Lucidchart

Experience integrating cybersecurity and compliance considerations into business and system requirements

Experience with Agile , hybrid , or stage-gated delivery frameworks

Proven ability to collaborate with Project Managers, developers, architects, and business stakeholders

Strong Nice to Haves

Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field

Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced, evolving environments with a collaborative mindset

Exposure to data analysis, data mapping, and system integrations

Experience developing and delivering stage gate documentation across the project lifecycle

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end requirements activities across concurrent initiatives from discovery through implementation support

Partner with Project Managers and Technical Leads to align requirements with project scope and timelines

Elicit, analyze, and translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements

Develop process models, workflows, and supporting documentation for solution delivery

Facilitate alignment across business, technology, and vendor teams on requirements and solution scope

Manage requirements lifecycle activities including traceability, change control, and impact assessment

Identify process improvement opportunities and incorporate security and compliance considerations into requirements
