As a Human Resources Advisor, you will play a vital role at Conuma, a leading metallurgical coal producer. In this full-time position, you will manage employee lifecycle tasks, performance evaluations, and employee engagement initiatives. Your expertise in HR policies and talent acquisition will be crucial as you strive to maintain a positive workplace culture in a dynamic industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage onboarding, payroll coordination, and leave management
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns
- Assist in performance evaluations and corrective action processes
- Engage in talent acquisition and job fair representation
- Collect and analyze HR data for strategic decisions
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of HR advisory experience
- HR-related Certificate, Diploma, or Degree
- Experience in mining is highly desirable
- Knowledge of employment standards and relevant legislation
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
