About the RoleYou will be responsible for developing and nurturing client relationships while also managing the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to placing them in the right roles. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building partnerships, and delivering solutions that make a difference.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness DevelopmentIdentify and pursue new business opportunities in industries such as manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, and customer serviceConduct outreach through cold calls, networking, and scheduled meetings to generate qualified leadsUnderstand client needs and propose staffing solutions tailored to their operationsMaintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term collaboration and client satisfactionCollaborate with the internal team to develop competitive proposals, service agreements, and pricing strategiesRecruitment & Talent AcquisitionManage the full-cycle recruitment process: job postings, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and follow-upBuild and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for general labour, skilled trades, and administrative rolesConduct initial assessments and coordinate interviews with client companiesEnsure compliance with hiring policies and documentation requirementsMonitor candidate performance and provide support throughout the placementWhat We're Looking ForStrong interpersonal and relationship-building skillsAbility to manage multiple roles, clients, and timelines simultaneouslySelf-motivated and driven to meet targets (placements and new accounts)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsFamiliarity with CRM systems, job boards, and recruitment toolsJob Types: Full-time, PermanentWork Location: In person
