Questrade is looking for a visionary to direct its Product & Technology operations. This role involves overseeing a robust team focusing on developing secure, customer-centric financial solutions through modern architecture. You will need to ensure compliance with OSFI and privacy regulations while nurturing a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the technology roadmap
- Cultivate a product-led development environment
- Collaborate to improve customer acquisition and retention
- Guide Questbank's architecture towards cloud-native solutions
- Foster a culture of engineering excellence and DevOps
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years in product management or software
- In-depth knowledge of financial service regulations
- Advanced degree in Business, Computer Science, or similar
- Expertise in Agile methodologies and product discovery
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills
