Take the helm as a Sport Instructor specializing in surf, SUP, and biking activities. Inspire participants, ensure safe experiences, and develop fun outdoor programs for all ages.

This role is perfect for someone with 2-3 years of coaching experience in aquatic sports. You'll be responsible for conducting rewarding activities, supervising staff, and maintaining safety at all times. Facilitating enjoyable outdoor experiences is at the core of this leadership position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Instruct and demonstrate sport techniques
  • Keep accurate logs and records
  • Schedule and lead recreational activities
  • Supervise and train a passionate team
  • Ensure the safety of participants

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years surf coaching experience required
  • ISA Level 2 Surf Instructor Certification necessary
  • First Aid/ CPR and ILS water safety certifications
  • Paddle Canada Stand Up Paddleboard Instructor certification
  • Full Driver's License mandatory
