Become a Process Operator with Calabrian in Timmins, Ontario, where you will oversee safe and efficient plant operations in a fixed rotation. This role requires active monitoring and troubleshooting.
As a Process Operator, you will ensure that production goals are met while maintaining the integrity of plant operations. Collaborating with a skilled team, you will engage in equipment maintenance, collect data, and train new operators to uphold safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor process equipment for safe operations
- Conduct inspections and perform maintenance on systems
- Collect process samples for product quality verification
- Operate mobile equipment and assist in logistics
- Document operational records and participate in improvements
Requirements:
- 3rd Class Stationary Engineer Certificate required
- At least 3 years in an industrial plant setting
- Familiar with process and equipment troubleshooting
- Knowledge of safety protocols and PPE usage
- Strong interpersonal and documentation skills
