Join Agnico Eagle as the Manager of Mining Operational Readiness to lead innovative projects in Ontario's mining sector. This hybrid role combines remote work with on-site responsibilities.
In this strategic position, you will manage the operational readiness team, ensuring effective execution of readiness plans from construction to operation. Your expertise is vital for supporting the Hammond Reef Project and engaging with various stakeholders for compliance and permitting. Strong leadership and technical writing skills are key.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and lead operational readiness initiatives
- Monitor the transition from construction to operations
- Provide support for permitting and regulatory compliance
- Manage project documentation and stakeholder engagement
- Coordinate internal and external technical information
Requirements:
- 10+ years in mining, including Deep and Surface projects
- Familiarity with Ontario's permitting processes
- Strong project management abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Advanced MS Office skills required
