In this pivotal role, you will lead a fast-moving analytics team focused on deploying advanced predictive models and uncovering patient insights to optimize commercial strategies. With a minimum of three days per week in the office, you are expected to set standards in hypothesis testing, predictive modeling, and causal analytics. Your expertise will guide decision-making processes that significantly impact patient care and market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a statistical authority setting standards for analysis
- Design and validate predictive models employing AI techniques
- Build survival models for adherence and retention predictions
- Create time-series frameworks for revenue forecasting
- Develop Bayesian models for marketing mix optimization
Requirements:
- Master's or PhD in Statistics or related field
- Minimum 7+ years in healthcare analytics
- Proficiency in Python and SQL
- Experience with XGBoost, neural networks, and time-series forecasting
- Strong communication skills for translating analytics to stakeholders
