Join Brandt as an Agricultural Parts & Service Representative in Ponoka, Alberta. This dynamic sales role focuses on promoting agricultural parts and providing exceptional after-sales service.
As a key member of the Brandt team, you will be responsible for increasing customer satisfaction through excellent service and support. Regular visits to clients, relationship-building, and promoting new products will be your focus. You will also assist in boosting the performance of the Parts & Service departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships to enhance sales and customer loyalty
- Manage regular customer visits and maintain engagement
- Assist in the profitability of Parts & Service operations
- Follow up on customer concerns and performance
- Implement territory plans for maximizing sales
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience
- Valid Driver's License; clean driving record required
- Strong understanding of agricultural parts and industry
- Effective communication and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
