As a Service Advisor, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment, assisting customers either in person or by phone. Your role will involve advising clients on auto service options, managing their expectations, and ensuring a strong relationship with both customers and Service Centre staff. You will prepare work orders, address concerns, and help schedule appointments to facilitate smooth service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers warmly in person and by phone
- Provide knowledgeable advice on vehicle maintenance and repairs
- Prepare work orders and estimate costs for customers
- Manage service expectations regarding vehicle readiness
- Schedule service appointments and maintain health regulations
Requirements:
- Knowledge of automotive mechanics
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to handle physical demands of the role
- Experience in a similar role is an asset
