In Toronto, Chexy seeks a Full Stack Engineering Lead to drive the development of our next-generation financial tools. This role places you at the forefront, governing the architecture and quality of a user-friendly web and mobile experience. You will influence product design and take full responsibility for user onboarding that can change lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct product development for web, mobile, and BFF
- Design user flows for card issuance and concurrent features
- Oversee the onboarding and activation process
- Create a dependable BFF architecture for app builds
- Guide product engineers through mentorship and code reviews
Requirements:
- Strong experience with TypeScript, React, and backend systems
- Experience or strong desire to work with React Native/Expo
- Proven history of owning product surfaces through milestones
- Attention to detail and correctness in coding
- Clear and effective communicator
