Elevate your technical skills as an Industrial Mechanic in a hands-on role. This position requires expertise in assembling machinery, instructing apprentices, and performing routine maintenance at a physical location.
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Mechanic with 3 to 5 years in the field. Your role will involve reading blueprints, repairing machinery, and fabricating necessary parts during maintenance. On-site work is essential, as there is no remote option.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble mechanical equipment according to specifications
- Coach and instruct apprentices for skill development
- Read blueprints and technical drawings accurately
- Repair or replace defective machinery parts promptly
- Perform routine maintenance on various machinery
Requirements:
- Certificate or diploma in a related trade
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in mechanics
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and blueprints
- Ability to work on-site without remote options
- Proficient in operating hoisting and lifting equipment
