Lead the way in coffee sales as a Sales Team Lead for Nespresso with Match Retail at Costco. Your motivation and coaching will help drive outstanding results for the brand.
In this elevated role, you will coach and mentor a team of Coffee Sales Advisors while actively engaging customers and demonstrating products. You will be responsible for achieving performance targets and executing the Nespresso Roadshow program at multiple locations. Building a collaborative team culture is essential in this leadership position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach Coffee Sales Advisors to exceed sales targets
- Lead by example with customer engagement and demos
- Provide ongoing performance feedback and mentorship
- Ensure consistent execution of promotional activities
- Maintain an organized and appealing kiosk display
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant retail leadership experience
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable with mobile reporting applications
- Access to a reliable vehicle for traveling
- Full availability Monday through Sunday
