Teleperformance seeks a proactive Sales Trainer for its 100% onsite Toronto offices. You will design curricula, support platform adoption, and facilitate advanced learning for commercial teams. The role combines instructional delivery, sales acumen, and structured program coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design curricula with the Training Manager for evolving products
- Document quarterly educational paths for every role
- Teach AI marketing solutions and support platform adoption
- Facilitate weekly advanced sessions and microlearning modules
- Evaluate skills gaps and report learning impact
Requirements:
- One year instructional delivery in sales-centric operations
- Understanding of advertising solutions and artificial intelligence products
- Fluent written and verbal English communication
- Advanced public speaking and presentation proficiency
- Educator or professional trainer experience preferred
