Reporting to the Training Team Leader, you will design and deliver curricula for evolving product offerings. The position combines instructional delivery, operational support, sales collaboration, and educational impact reporting. You will translate technical expertise into persuasive sales storytelling for AI-powered marketing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design curricula with the Training Manager for product offerings
- Document quarterly educational paths for every role
- Provide technical instruction for AI-powered marketing solutions
- Evaluate educational impact with Sales Analysts
- Manage induction for incoming talent cohorts
Requirements:
- Minimum one year instructional delivery experience in sales
- Understanding of advertising solutions and artificial intelligence products
- Passion for live classroom learning sessions
- Fluent written and verbal English communication
- Advanced public speaking and presentation proficiency
