Key Responsibilities:
- Lead development of enterprise-wide learning programs
- Foster partnerships with educational institutions and networks
- Utilize analytics to measure learning impact and drive improvements
- Simplify and optimize delivery of training initiatives
- Manage budget and vendor relationships for learning services
Requirements:
- 7+ years in L&D or related disciplines
- Proven leadership in developing training programs
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and program sustainability
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiar with learning technologies and systems
