Position Summary
We are looking for a Finance Analyst to provide financial leadership and analytical support to our Marketing team. This role offers exposure to growth initiatives, innovation, forecasting, commercial decision-making, and cross-functional partnership across the business.

Working closely with Marketing leaders, you'll help evaluate investments, support product innovation, develop business cases, monitor spending performance, and provide insights that drive strategic decisions. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career finance professional looking to build a strong foundation in business partnering and strategic finance.

How You Will Succeed

Become a trusted analytical partner to Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and other cross‐functional teams by providing financial insights that support business decisions.

Deliver accurate and timely marketing budget forecasts, helping the organization maintain strong forecasting discipline and visibility into spending.

Support innovation and growth initiatives through financial modeling, business case development, scenario analysis, and post‐launch performance tracking.

Provide meaningful financial insights and recommendations that help shape investment decisions and support monthly business reviews.

Build and enhance financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools that improve planning accuracy and visibility into brand performance.

Analyze trends, risks, and opportunities within business data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

Produce accurate and timely brand finance reporting, ensuring stakeholders have the information needed to make informed decisions.

Strengthen financial controls and drive continuous improvement across reporting processes, tools, and ways of working.

Build strong relationships across the organization and become a valued finance partner to key business stakeholders.

Primary Responsibilities

Partner with Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and other cross‐functional teams to provide financial insights and support agile decision‐making.

Support the innovation process through financial modeling, scenario analysis, business case development, and post‐launch performance tracking for new product launches.

Lead the monthly close, reporting, and forecasting processes for the company's marketing budget.

Analyze spending trends and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness of marketing investments.

Build and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools to improve planning accuracy and visibility into brand performance.

Strengthen financial controls, improve reporting processes, and drive continuous improvement across Brand Finance activities.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, commercial finance, or a similar analytical role.

Strong budgeting, forecasting, and reporting experience.

Experience within consumer packaged goods (CPG), retail, manufacturing, or a related industry is considered an asset.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with strong financial modeling capabilities.

Strong analytical, problem‐solving, and critical‐thinking abilities.

Ability to identify trends and translate data into actionable business insights.

Excellent planning, organization, and time‐management skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively across teams in a fast‐paced environment.

Strong communication and relationship‐building skills, including confidence presenting insights to stakeholders.
