Join the housekeeping team as a Hotel Room Service Attendant and contribute to guest satisfaction. Your primary duty is to maintain the cleanliness and organization of hotel rooms while ensuring a friendly service.
This role requires you to clean and service guest rooms in accordance with hotel standards and promptly report any service completion. Organizational skills are crucial to managing supplies, and you will interact with guests and staff to fulfill requests efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning and servicing of guest rooms
- Report completed services to guest services desk
- Maintain a neat and organized supply area
- Respond swiftly to guest inquiries and needs
- Ensure safety by reporting any hazards to supervisors
Requirements:
- Preferred basic education in reading and writing
- Previous experience is not necessary
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills
- Must be available to work varied hours including weekends
- Capable of lifting items up to 25 pounds
Provide professional housekeeping support while ensuring a positive guest experience.
