As a Customer-Focused Baker, working in alignment with the Bakery Manager, you will prepare baked goods and ensure an inviting atmosphere for customers. You will play a pivotal role in bakery operations, from administration to training new staff, contributing to a smooth workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers by providing excellent service
- Handle bakery administration tasks efficiently
- Prepare baked items for sales
- Maintain the cleanliness of the bakery workspace
- Train new employees on bakery standards
Requirements:
- Basic baking knowledge necessary for success
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced situations
- High school diploma required
- Minimum of three months of experience in baking
