- Bake a variety of artisan bread and treats each morning
- Follow production schedules and recipes accurately

- Maintain cleanliness in the bakery and foster customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the team to support bakery operations
- Early riser with a positive attitude
- Good organizational skills and team commitment
- Ability to work independently or in a small group
- Physical capability to lift up to 22 kg
- Willingness to learn and grow in a baking environment
