Coordinate overnight transportation operations in North York as a Driver Coordinator using dispatch planning and clear driver communication. Work a 2/2/3 rotation from 7:00pm to 7:00am.
Seaboard Transport seeks a Driver Coordinator for nights supporting drivers and keeping loads scheduled. Use TMW to verify customer orders, organize dispatches, and maintain accurate updates. The position requires calm problem-solving, strong organization, and communication across after-hours operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate driver schedules and maintain consistent communication
- Verify customer orders in TMW and schedule loads
- Dispatch loads with assignments, routes, and shift plans
- Confirm deliveries, update systems, and escalate issues
- Monitor safety, incidents, and performance metrics overnight
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- Two or more years in transportation or logistics
- Dispatch experience is a strong asset
- Knowledge of ELD systems and TMW software
- Microsoft Office proficiency and strong organization
Support Seaboard Transport's night operations through dispatch coordination, TMW updates, driver communication, and organized problem-solving.
