Lead a thriving accommodation experience as the Housing Manager at EF. Oversee student placements, teams, and host families to create a supportive environment for international students.
In this full-time on-site role, you will report to the Director of Student Services, managing a dedicated team while enhancing student housing quality. You'll engage with host families and residence partners ensuring top-tier support throughout the student journey. This role is perfect for those with leadership experience in hospitality, accommodation, or student-focused services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of Housing Coordinators
- Manage relationships with host families and accommodation partners
- Oversee the entire student accommodation experience
- Resolve housing conflicts and sensitive issues with professionalism
- Drive housing administration and optimize occupancy levels
Requirements:
- Proven leadership in student life or hospitality
- Team management and coaching experience required
- Strong organizational and operational skills needed
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience necessary
