Key Responsibilities:
- Process written prescriptions and refill requests promptly
- Accurately input patient and prescription data into systems
- Coordinate stock ordering and manage inventory issues
- Follow company policies and merchandising guidelines
- Relay allergy information to the pharmacist effectively
Requirements:
- Completion of an accredited Pharmacy Assistant Program or 2 years of experience
- Demonstrated strong work ethic and team spirit
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Experience with Kroll software is beneficial
