HR & Safety Administrator We're looking for an organized, detail-focused HR & Safety Administrator to join our team. Reporting directly to the HR Director, you'll play a key role in keeping our HR operations running smoothly. From maintaining accurate employee records to coordinating safety documentation and helping employees get the support they need, this role offers lots of variety and the chance to make a real impact. What You'll Be Doing Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team Maintain and organize electronic HR and Safety files, documents, and forms Manage ordering and inventory of office and safety supplies (including employee apparel) Assist payroll by answering employee inquiries and ensuring issues are resolved quickly Prepare and maintain Safety Boards and site requirement packages Coordinate and track site inspections Administer SiteDocs, including setting up and updating employee profiles Direct employee questions to the right HR or management contact Support onboarding and offboarding to ensure all forms and documentation are completed Handle HR data entry, track training certifications, and update employee information Help plan employee engagement and recognition activities Assist with HRIS administration and updates What You Bring College diploma in HR Administration (or related program)2–3 years of HR experience Strong skills in MS Outlook and Excel Accurate data entry and strong attention to detail Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple tasks Willingness to learn, adapt, and improve processes Experience with HRIS systems (asset) Experience in the residential construction industry (asset)
