Contracting Associate Mon-Fri: 8:30am – 5:00pm (with potential for overtime) Mississauga, ON $55 – 60k We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Contracting Associate to join our client's team in Mississauga, Ontario. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the administration within this financial services company, tracking, and management of contracts across various departments. You will work closely with operations teams to ensure compliance, accuracy, and timely execution of contractual agreements. Responsibilities Help process new advisor registrations Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation, including background checks, E&O Insurance and licensing Maintain accurate and up-to-date advisor records in internal systems Communicate by phone and email with advisors, carriers and internal teams to resolve issues and answer questions Assist the team with administrative tasks Send and follow up on outstanding documents/information Additional duties and responsibilities may be added based on the needs of the business Qualifications Post Secondary education preferred 2+ years in an administrative capacity Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience with CRM is an asset Experience with Apexa is strong asset Strong Microsoft Office skills Inquisitive personality, problem solving ability Driven Clean CRS Please respond with your resume immediately
