Additionally, you will guide the housekeeping team in nurturing a culture of safety and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure high standards of resident satisfaction and service
- Uphold and evaluate compliance with brand standards
- Integrate resident feedback into operational practices
- Lead orientation for new residents at the facility
- Champion safety and wellness initiatives among the team
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
- 1–2 years in hospitality or seniors living administrative roles
- Prior experience with seniors in care environments
- Certification in Alzheimer's care is beneficial
- Passionate about enhancing residents' quality of life
