This full-time, permanent position reports to the Maintenance Manager. Successful candidates will thrive in a regulated manufacturing environment, focusing on preventative maintenance and continuous improvement. Experience in large-scale GMP facilities is preferred, alongside a commitment to safety and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair machinery and equipment
- Conduct preventative maintenance using CMMS systems
- Read and interpret operation manuals and blueprints
- Ensure a clean and organized work environment
- Monitor boiler performance and conduct regular maintenance
Requirements:
- 4th class Stationary Engineer Certification required
- Experience in GMP, meat, or food manufacturing preferred
- Willingness to work set shifts, including nights
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Authorization to work in Canada
