This role is ideal for someone with strong troubleshooting skills and a solid understanding of network fundamentals. You will be the first point of contact for connectivity issues, working closely with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure smooth network operations.Key Responsibilities:Respond to incoming calls and troubleshoot network connectivity issues.Diagnose and resolve problems related to switches, Cisco remote access, port errors, and network drops.Escalate complex issues to the Vendor Hotline team when necessary.Collaborate with third-party vendors to collect and update floor plans.Perform VLAN assignments and maintain accurate network configurations.Required Skills:Basic to intermediate knowledge of Cisco networking.Familiarity with VLAN configurations and troubleshooting connectivity errors.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication skills for vendor and team interactions.
